Ali’s story
Current Situation
Pakistan has been facing severe weather conditions due to unprecedented monsoon rains which have flooded over one fifth of the entire country. That’s an area almost the size of Britain!
The flooding is the worst the country has ever faced, affecting over 30 million people. With over 2000 deaths (a quarter of these being children) and the destruction of 12 million homes and 2.2 million hectares of crops and livestock, the situation is severe and worsening. Many tens of thousands have been displaced and have no means of food, water, sanitation or medical help.
The most recent information obtained by the charity suggests that the situation will last for at least 2 years before life starts getting back to some sort of normality for those affected.
Ihsan Global Relief is working with partners on the ground to supply food, shelter and other key essentials to this devastated region of Balochistan and Sindh. We are asking for your help to continue our efforts to serve humanity.

With the generous donations that I have received so far and for reaching my initial goal of £500, I have increased my Fundraising goal to £1000.

The Challenge
I am aiming to complete 50 kilometre by walking / running to help raise funds for the flood victims in Pakistan.
My goal now is to raise at least 20 Food Packages at £50 each.
