Sophie’s story
Hi all,
As most of you know I love to keep fit and sail so I’ve decided to combine the two!
on the 23rd July I am hoping to complete “castle to coast” swim 1.8k at Dorney lake, cycle 108k to The bottom of ditchling beacon and then run 23k OVER ditchling beacon into Brighton! I dread to think of the number of hours I have spent training for this both before and after work! I therefore decided I would like to raise money for a charity I work closely with “The Rona Sailing Project” and help provide more young people the chance to sail and create lifetime memories that thought this opportunity would never be possible.
Lets hope the weather cools down!!
