Diane’s story
Having stayed at the Beamsley Project with a group of young people over the last 10 years I've realised what a vital resource it is as a truly accessible venue on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. I am doing this challenge to raise funds to support its amazing work.
It is fully equipped to meet the requirements of all visitors with so much more to offer than just accessible toilets with the same changing facilities as a changing places bathroom as well as
adjustable height sinks and hobs in the two kitchens. The features all enable people to be independent.
It is situated in a beautiful place near to Botlon Abbey with views across to Beamsley Beacon making it possible for all to reap the benefits of visiting the Yorkshire Dales as well as the nearby towns and villages.
