Harjit’s story
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a virtual interactive workshop on all things CHARDIKALA!
As we enter the month of Chet and start a new year, it is very easy to assume the mantra “New Year, New Me.”
However, in this workshop we will be reflecting on what it does being in Chardikala really mean? How can we stay in this state when we are faced with Dukh (worry/sadness) and Sukh (happiness/joy)
We will explore different tools and techniques to help us to connect to our Chardikala spirit.
If you are curious or wish to harness your Chardikala spirit, then this is the workshop for you.
Remember- it’s a New Year SAME you!

Every penny will go towards much needed funds for Sikh Your Mind. We would like to bring more interactive workshops to offer mental health support within the Sikh and Punjabi community. We currently run a telephone helpline every day from 7-9pm along with a monthly women's wellness circle. We also collaborate with and support other organisations and will be hosting many more events this year.
If you are interested in supporting us and want to know more, please visit our website www.SikhYourMind.com or message us on Instagram @SikhYourMind
IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS?
We would like to make sure that everyone who attends gets the best out of this session. As such tickets will be limited but only if it becomes oversubscribed. If this is the case, we will run this session several times.

I CAN'T MAKE THIS DATE; HOW ELSE CAN I CONTRIBUTE?
If you would like to 'Pay It Forward' to allow someone else to attend who may need it, then please reach out to us and we would-be honoured to support your seva request.
