Abbie’s story

Hi everyone! I am taking part in Total Warrior this year on the first of July!

I am aiming to raise at LEAST £100 for Veterans at Ease. Which will contribute to the great work the charity does to support our former heroes back to civilian life by providing counselling, work placements and support to set up their own business.

It also means I am going to have to kick my bad habits and get fit and healthy ???????? As this is a full-on 12K challenge, where I will get wet, muddy, leap over fire and climb towers.

I’m sure plenty of you would LOVE to see me in this state… So, anyone wanting to make a donation towards this please make a donation below!! Wish me luck ????

Total Warrior, Sage Foundation supporting Veterans at Ease

Sage Warriors are taking on the mighty Total Warrior 12k obstacle challenge on Saturday 25th June 2022 to raise funds for Veterans at Ease who are a leading Military Mental Health Charity, committed to helping Veterans, Reservists, Serving Military Personnel and their families deal with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat stress-related issues. They will help anyone who feels they need support whether they have been diagnosed with PTSD or not.

They provide free therapy and support through a technique called NLP by their trained therapists (all of whom have suffered themselves, been through treatment with Veterans at Ease and then gone on to qualify). The all share the same passion, to help ease the psychological and emotional suffering of every veteran who asks for their help.

All money raised will be used to allow Veterans at Ease to continue providing therapy free-of-charge to our ex-military men and women who, having served our country, need their services.
