Through Sage Foundation - I'll be participating in Total Warrior, 1 July 2023.


Supporting Veterans at Ease as they're passionate about helping those who suffered and/or suffering from PTSD and other mental health conditions. I want to contribute by raising donations to help Veterans at Ease continue their great work of providing therapy free of charge to ex-military personnel, focusing on their mental health and enabling them to overcome their challenges and obstacle

Official event

Total Warrior, Sage Foundation supporting Veterans at Ease

Sage Warriors are taking on the mighty Total Warrior 12k obstacle challenge on Saturday 25th June 2022 to raise funds for Veterans at Ease who are a leading Military Mental Health Charity, committed to helping Veterans, Reservists, Serving Military Personnel and their families deal with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat stress-related issues. They will help anyone who feels they need support whether they have been diagnosed with PTSD or not.

They provide free therapy and support through a technique called NLP by their trained therapists (all of whom have suffered themselves, been through treatment with Veterans at Ease and then gone on to qualify). The all share the same passion, to help ease the psychological and emotional suffering of every veteran who asks for their help.

All money raised will be used to allow Veterans at Ease to continue providing therapy free-of-charge to our ex-military men and women who, having served our country, need their services.
