Hello,
My name is Tianna, and I am a Year 11 student currently studying for GCSE.
I am a 15-year-old student from Sir Roger Manwoods Grammar School. This Summer just past I worked as a volunteer for Pegasus in Group 3. For my Duke of Edinburgh Award, I am going to do walking, with a goal of walking a mile every day for 3 months, for a total of ~90 miles. Pegasus Playscheme is a charity that provides open access for children/young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, working tirelessly each year to provide them with happiness and fun that many of them don't usually get the chance to experience. I spent 3 weeks of my last summer holidays supporting and befriending the Pegasus kids, and I have experienced first-hand how wonderful they are and how much they love the activities supplied. This charity truly does make a difference, and impacts the lives of everyone involved in such a wonderful way, so please consider sponsoring my walk to support them!
