Each year, the President of the Insurance Institute of Cardiff and chooses a charity to raise money for during their term.
I've chosen Cardiff Mind as my charity this year because of their incredible work supporting mental health in our community, providing vital services that make a real difference to those in need.
Cardiff Mind is a mental health charity based in the heart of Cardiff, ensuring that those who are experiencing mental distress need the support of mental health services are provided with sufficient opportunity to engage with appropriate and diverse services.
Please donate what you can. Each donation is also an entry into the raffle at our Annual Dinner on 4th April 2025.
