How can you not get involved with the wonderful wonderful work of Amnesty International !!!

They strive to work and protect people wherever justice, freedom, truth and dignity are denied.

This May we plan to walk 2,730 miles from London to Tehran in support of Amnesty international. To raise awareness of their work to free British citizens like Nazanin and Anoosheh unjustly imprisoned in Iran.

Tonight we had to revisit the Angle to Power station walk, due to not knowing we could walk behind the refinery.

As always it never left us feeling disappointed, with breath-taking views and lovely company.

It was wonderful to look across the water and see where we had walked on Saturday. A big shout out to AJ who spotted all the distinctive landmarks straight away x
