Thomas’s story
I haven't always been a reader, but last year I decided that I wanted to change that so I challenged myself to read 20 books in 2024.
My mum works for a charity called Oxfordshire Discovery College, so we thought it would add some motivation if I made this a sponsored read for charity, and hopefully raise some money for a good cause at the same time.
Lots of people have been very generous and have sponsored me per book, so I'm now trying to read as much as I can.
Reading more than I have before has improved my English, but it has also helped me feel connected to other people.
