Jack’s story
I’m doing something scary for a very noble charity and jumping off a building. What’s not to like?
On Saturday 14th October 2023, I’ll be abseiling down the ArcelorMittal Orbit at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. It is the UK’s tallest sculpture, standing at 114.5 metres tall and I will be using the same abseil technique used by elite soldiers to make my way down.
I’ll be risking life and limb for the Legasee Educational Trust, a charity who educate and raise awareness about the bravery, service and sacrifice our military personnel have made over the past century.
Any support, no matter how small will be gratefully received to enable the charity to continue their work and improve the way they deliver education in our schools and universities.
