Trevor’s story
i took part in a fantastic charity boxing match in December 2021 for pwcb and I am now ready to step back into the ring for a second time
I came to pwcb in 2021 with no confidence and very little faith in myself with ptsd
since joining PWCB I did 8 weeks training from scratch learned how to defend and stance and even throw some combination of punches
now that the first fight is over
I am now ready to step into that ring all over again and train harder and push my self to the limits and help others along the way. And raise some money for a great charity
veterans at ease for ptsd mental health
the charity is a fantastic charity to be realising money for as they help familys and veterans over come the issues of ptsd and help them back in to society
along the way meet some fantastic people
the atmosphere on the night was amazing
