Over the past eight months, the new HACCT Trustees have been working tirelessly to restore the magic of Huddersfield Carnival. We've made significant progress by submitting major funding applications, reaching out to potential sponsors, and planning vibrant fundraising events. We've also been fostering partnerships with local agencies and organisations to ensure the Carnival's bright future.
🌟 The Challenge: Funding for 2025
Despite our best efforts, we’ve fallen short of securing the funding needed to bring Huddersfield Carnival back for 2025. While this is a setback, our commitment to reviving the Carnival remains steadfast.
❤️ How You Can Help:
Huddersfield Carnival has always been about community, and now we need you more than ever. To bring the Carnival back for 2026, if we could get everyone who attended in 2023 to pledge just £5 (or whatever you can afford).
