Alzheimer Café IOW provides invaluable support, friendship, information and understanding to people living with dementia, as well as their families and carers. Their work helps reduce isolation, creates opportunities for connection, and offers a welcoming community for those facing the challenges that dementia can bring.
Every day, more families are affected by dementia, and charities like Alzheimer Café IOW play a vital role in helping people navigate their journey with dignity, compassion and support.

Training for a 10-mile race will certainly be a challenge, but knowing that every step can make a difference will keep me motivated all the way to the finish line!
