Teresa’s story

Hi Everyone. I am taking part in Total Warrior on the 1st of July with Sage colleagues supporting veterans at Ease, an amazing charity that supports our hero Veterans with transitioning back into civilian life. I have always supported people who struggle with Mental health and want to raise money to show my support commitment and passion for this cause.


This will be a challenge for me and stretch my fitness levels whilst doing something positive for my physical and mental health. Anyone wishing to make a donation, please do so below.

Total Warrior, Sage Foundation supporting Veterans at Ease

Sage Warriors are taking on the mighty Total Warrior 12k obstacle challenge on Saturday 25th June 2022 to raise funds for Veterans at Ease who are a leading Military Mental Health Charity, committed to helping Veterans, Reservists, Serving Military Personnel and their families deal with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat stress-related issues. They will help anyone who feels they need support whether they have been diagnosed with PTSD or not.

They provide free therapy and support through a technique called NLP by their trained therapists (all of whom have suffered themselves, been through treatment with Veterans at Ease and then gone on to qualify). The all share the same passion, to help ease the psychological and emotional suffering of every veteran who asks for their help.

All money raised will be used to allow Veterans at Ease to continue providing therapy free-of-charge to our ex-military men and women who, having served our country, need their services.
