Sophie’s story
In July I will be walking, cycling, running or swimming 100KM along with my collegues from LDMS, overall we will be travelling 2000KM. I am raising money for Mind Cardiff, which is an incredible charity that supports mental illness and hopes to provide positive difference to each person they serve.
